As a Lead Account Executive at Zenoti, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our cloud-based software solutions tailored for the beauty and wellness industry. Zenoti's platform empowers over 30,000 salons, spas, medspas, and fitness studios across more than 50 countries, including renowned brands like European Wax Center and CorePower Yoga. Our comprehensive suite encompasses online appointment bookings, POS, CRM, employee management, inventory management, and integrated marketing programs, all designed to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful sales, as well as proactively generating your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting. Collaborating closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Technical Sales Engineers, and the Marketing team, you will guide prospects through the entire sales cycle—from initial discovery and tailored demonstrations to negotiation and closure. Your efforts will focus on aligning Zenoti's solutions with each client's unique goals, such as optimizing operations, increasing guest retention, boosting staff performance, or expanding revenue across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the SaaS sector, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas. Experience selling to small to mid-sized businesses, particularly those operating in multi-location or franchise models, is highly desirable. Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology or similar insight-driven approaches is essential, as is the ability to lead complex sales processes involving both operational and executive stakeholders. Industry experience in the spa, salon, fitness, or wellness sectors is a significant advantage.
