Glovo, a subsidiary of Delivery Hero, is seeking a proactive Lawyer to join its legal team in Romania. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support across all departments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and facilitating the company's growth in the region.

The successful candidate will assess and advise on the launch of new verticals, projects, and commercial activities, ensuring they align with legal standards. Responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, negotiating, and drafting various contracts with business partners. Additionally, the role encompasses providing legal advice on privacy, labor, compliance, and regulated products, as well as managing operations in Moldova.

Applicants should possess at least 2 years of experience as in-house legal counsel or in a reputable law firm, with proven expertise in contractual and regulatory matters. Experience in labor law and data protection, along with direct engagement with authorities such as ANCOM, ANPC, and RCC, is advantageous. Fluency in Romanian and advanced English proficiency are required, along with a Bachelor of Laws degree recognized in Romania. The ideal candidate is highly motivated by new technologies, demonstrates problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, and an organized, detail-oriented approach.
