The firm is renowned for its expertise in complex transactions, disputes, and regulatory matters, serving clients across various sectors. The Energy and Infrastructure Finance team specializes in advising on the full lifecycle of both greenfield and brownfield acquisition and development financings, focusing on energy transition projects such as solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), pumped hydro energy storage (PHES), waste-to-energy, and hydrogen, as well as traditional infrastructure assets including public-private partnerships (PPPs), social housing projects, transport, and natural resources.
