In this role, the M&A lawyer will collaborate closely with market-leading partners on significant transactions across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, consumer goods, energy, infrastructure, and financial services. Responsibilities include leading complex M&A deals, providing strategic legal advice, drafting and negotiating agreements, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates should possess significant experience in M&A transactions, with a strong track record in leading complex deals and managing client relationships.
