The role requires a blend of closing skills and strategic deal-making to drive growth in emerging verticals and higher-velocity large enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a "land and expand" strategy for velocity accounts and high-potential non-retail organizations, serving as the primary driver of new business within this strategic whitespace. The role also involves partnering with Large Enterprise Account Executives on complex, high-value opportunities, taking ownership of pre-qualified, high-potential opportunities, conducting personalized outreach into non-retail verticals, leading deep-dive discovery sessions to build ROI-backed business cases, maintaining impeccable Salesforce hygiene, and coordinating with BDRs, Solutions Architects, and Marketing teams to ensure a unified sales motion.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience as a closing Account Executive in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment, with a strong performance record at the large enterprise level. Exceptional presentation skills, the ability to pivot between technical users and executive buyers, strong discovery skills to translate complex business objectives into tangible, ROI-justified use cases, a proactive approach to multi-threading, proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong, comfort interpreting funnel signals and applying core business metrics, and an active desire to learn and collaborate are essential qualifications.

Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $128,000 to $192,000 USD, determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
