Large Enterprise Account Executive (Chicago, IL)
Box is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation for our clients by promoting Box's Intelligent Content Management platform. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with senior sales leaders and engage with our largest customer base to deliver innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and streamline business workflows.
Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and closing new business within the Enterprise segment, conducting thorough research to understand customer challenges, and articulating the value proposition of Box's solutions. You will manage complex sales processes, navigating multi-layered stakeholder environments within large organizations, and exercise sound judgment in selecting appropriate sales methodologies and techniques. Collaboration with internal partners will be essential to advance deals and ensure customer success.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of successful sales experience, particularly in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Cloud, or SaaS sales. A proven track record of closing complex deals, the ability to learn new technologies, and experience building relationships with C-level executives are essential. A strategic approach to uncovering new opportunities and developing territories is also required.
This field sales role offers a competitive compensation package, with an on-target earnings range between $277,000 and $330,000 annually. The position also includes equity options and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
