Junior Customer Success Manager - UK & Nordics
Emplifi is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in London, focusing on clients in the UK and Nordics. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our unified social media management platform, which empowers over 20,000 leading brands worldwide.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the onboarding process for new clients, monitoring product adoption rates, conducting regular check-ins, and offering tailored training sessions. Additionally, you will develop strategies to ensure high retention rates, manage contract renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on clients' evolving needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the digital marketing industry. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential. A solid understanding of digital marketing services, including social media and content marketing, is also required.
