Junior Compliance Controller (f/m)

The Junior Compliance Controller at Eurofins is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure adherence to the Group's Finance and Legal Policies and Procedures. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of Eurofins' international activities by monitoring compliance with internal governance standards.

Key responsibilities include communicating policy changes across all levels, tracking spending and contracting activities to ensure they align with established authority limits, and identifying transactions that exceed delegated limits. The role also involves coordinating the deviation approval process, maintaining records for audit purposes, advising leaders on compliance requirements, collaborating with various departments to mitigate risks, and preparing periodic reports on policy adherence for senior management.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and be fluent in English, both written and spoken. A solid understanding of legal principles and practices is essential, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. Additional requirements include strong planning, organization, and time management skills, autonomy, proactiveness, good communication abilities, attention to detail, the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, analytical and logical reasoning skills, and the ability to handle large data logs.
