Eurofins, a leading international life sciences company, is seeking a Regulatory Toxicologist to join their Agroscience Services Regulatory team. This role is based in Europe and offers the flexibility of remote work. The team specializes in conducting field and laboratory studies to assess the safety and efficacy of new substances and organisms for humans and the environment. As a Regulatory Toxicologist, you will play a pivotal role in preparing toxicological sections of registration dossiers for active ingredients and formulated products regulated under European legislation.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include evaluating client data to identify regulatory requirements for toxicological data, developing strategies to assist clients in experimental programs according to European, international, and national data requirements, and summarizing experimental data for authorization. You will also prepare risk assessments for human safety and collaborate with the regulatory team to assess the overall human safety of agrochemical products in their intended use. Additionally, you will communicate with third-party consultants and contract research organizations to manage and monitor experimental studies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Ph.D. in biology or a Pharm.D. with a specialization in human toxicity, along with at least five years of professional experience as a regulatory toxicologist. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other European languages is considered an asset. Additional technical qualifications, such as experience in QSAR modeling and assessment, are advantageous. A strong understanding of regulatory affairs, particularly concerning plant protection products or biocides, and experience with regulatory quality systems are essential.
