Bilingual Compliance Specialist (Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage) - Eurofins NSC Canada, Inc.
Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in analytical testing services, is seeking a Bilingual Compliance Specialist to join their Canadian National Service Centre in Toronto. This temporary position, covering maternity leave, reports directly to the Finance Director and supports legal administrative processes across all Canadian Eurofins businesses, including those in Quebec.
The role involves coordinating with third-party legal entities, uploading audit reports, obtaining board and budget consents, and preparing comfort letters. Additional responsibilities include compliance reporting, managing financial statement uploads, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating insurance matters, handling legal filings, and overseeing purchase order compliance. The specialist will also manage real estate reporting, revenue recognition models, treasury and bank approvals, ISUID updates, AODA compliance, and credit card administration.
Candidates should possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field and have at least three years of experience in a professional office setting. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Kodax Power PDF Software is required, along with strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
