IP & Software Licensing Counsel

Axiom is seeking an experienced IP & Software Licensing Counsel to join its innovative legal team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with leading technology, AI, SaaS, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies, providing strategic legal guidance on complex technology initiatives and commercial agreements. The role involves advising clients on emerging areas such as AI, open source, and standards-related matters, including Standard Essential Patents (SEP) and Fair, Reasonable, and Non-Discriminatory (FRAND) licensing.
