Inbound Sales Development Representative
Zenoti is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Zenoti provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry, enabling businesses to manage appointments, point-of-sale transactions, customer relationships, employee management, inventory, and marketing programs seamlessly. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries via phone and chat, engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling product demonstrations and meetings with Account Executives and Solution Engineers, maintaining accurate records of interactions in our CRM system, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions for qualified leads. Additionally, you will occasionally cover for other inbound SDRs during absences or peak times and meet quarterly targets for qualified demos completed.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities are essential, along with a tech-savvy approach and the capacity to learn new technologies quickly. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience, with a proven track record in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
