As an Inbound Growth Specialist at Klaviyo, you will serve as the initial point of contact for a high volume of inbound demo requests and free account inquiries. This role is integral to the Marketing organization's Growth team, collaborating closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience from first interaction through to purchase.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound demand through various channels such as phone and email, conducting consultative, decision-driven demonstrations aimed at achieving one-call closes for smaller opportunities, and performing targeted business discovery to assess goals, urgency, and fit. Efficient qualification of prospects and maintaining a high-velocity pipeline through strong prioritization and time management are essential to maximize new customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent, along with previous academic, work, or internship experience that includes transferable skills in areas such as sales, customer service, support, retail, or hospitality. A proactive and energetic approach, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, is crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite are required. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus, though not mandatory.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23.08 to $34.62, reflecting the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
