Implementation Manager
Lawmatics, a leading CRM and marketing automation platform for law firms, is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA. This role is pivotal in guiding new clients through a structured onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success with Lawmatics' suite of tools. The company operates on a hybrid model, with in-office work required Monday through Wednesday and remote work options on Thursday and Friday.
As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of new accounts, conducting dedicated kickoff calls, and providing comprehensive training sessions to educate clients on the platform's features and best practices. You will collaborate closely with the internal build team to configure accounts, set up intake automation, and oversee data migration. Monitoring client engagement and proactively addressing any signs of stalling will be key, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team upon completion of the onboarding process.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support within a SaaS environment. The role requires the ability to manage 20-30 concurrent onboarding relationships, excellent communication skills to effectively engage with legal professionals, and a structured, process-oriented approach to scheduling and follow-through. Proficiency with software tools and a genuine interest in learning new systems are essential, with familiarity in CRM or intake automation platforms being advantageous.
