Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant at Box, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the adoption and integration of Box's cloud content management solutions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will ensure that clients achieve their digital transformation objectives by leveraging Box's platform to its fullest potential.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading project planning and resource management for new client implementations, understanding client use cases and requirements to provide tailored advice, and managing project progress, risks, and resources effectively. Additionally, you will support large-scale data migration projects, troubleshoot implementation issues, and propose end-to-end solutions that integrate Box with third-party products.

The ideal candidate will possess a four-year degree and have over two years of consulting experience, either internally within IT organizations or externally with consulting firms or software providers. Strong project management skills, exceptional client management abilities, and experience with enterprise-scale deployments are essential. Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English are required, along with expertise in SaaS implementations; experience with enterprise software is advantageous.
