High Value Case Manager

This role involves working closely with attorneys to develop settlements and prepare necessary documents and correspondence. The High Value Case Manager will engage daily with existing and potential clients, both over the phone and in person. Responsibilities include ordering medical records, communicating with clients and providers throughout treatment, obtaining documents to support injury or liability positions, and interacting with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances. The role also involves maintaining organized case files, preparing comprehensive demands for submission to carriers, and presenting case synopses to attorneys as required.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. At least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. The role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workloads with minimal supervision. Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. The position is on-site, offering direct experience alongside the team.
