General Liability Enablement Manager (Pre-Suit)
The General Liability Enablement Manager (Pre-Suit) at Morgan & Morgan plays a pivotal role within the General Liability Presuit Department, ensuring that cases progress efficiently through the pre-suit lifecycle. This position involves close collaboration with Case Managers and Operations Leaders to enforce operational workflows, monitor case progression, and address any issues that may impede case advancement. Operating in a high-volume, process-driven environment, the Enablement Manager is instrumental in driving operational consistency and achieving desired outcomes across pre-suit case operations.
Key responsibilities include monitoring pre-suit case progression to ensure timely movement through investigation, liability evaluation, records gathering, and litigation transfer. The Enablement Manager enforces operational workflows and case progression standards across presuit teams, audits case files and operational metrics to ensure compliance with required milestones, and supports operational dashboards, reporting, and KPI visibility for leadership. Additionally, the role involves identifying recurring workflow breakdowns and contributing to process improvements and operational best practices, taking ownership of operational outcomes by ensuring cases continue progressing and workflow standards are consistently met.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least two years of experience as a case manager or in a similar role within personal injury or general liability law. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience leading teams, supervising staff, or driving operational accountability in a legal or case management environment is required. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams. The role demands comfort in a high-volume, process-driven environment and a strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
