Head of Strategic Alliances
AlphaSense is seeking a Head of Strategic Alliances to design and cultivate high-impact relationships that drive durable value for our clients and partners alike. This pivotal leadership role offers significant autonomy and long-term impact within the company. The successful candidate will serve as the principal architect of AlphaSense’s partnership strategy, focusing initially on establishing deep, trusted alliances with key strategic partners. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, fostering executive relationships, and driving joint go-to-market execution to ensure mutual success.
Key responsibilities encompass defining the partnerships strategy by leading the vision and roadmap for strategic alliances, prioritizing deep alignment and long-term growth. The role involves developing and scaling engagement structures—including co-sell and embedded use cases—that ensure strong governance and drive shared commercial growth for AlphaSense and its partners. Additionally, the Head of Strategic Alliances will personally develop and steward senior executive relationships to secure long-term alignment, driving strategic impact and client success across all regions. Structuring collaborative agreements, enabling partner success, embedding partnerships internally, and optimizing relationship health are also critical aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate brings 10–15+ years of experience in strategic alliances or business development within high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments. A demonstrated track record of building trusted, scalable partnerships with leading professional services organizations is essential. The role requires excellence in defining strategy and driving execution, turning partnerships into sustainable, repeatable growth engines. Strong executive presence is necessary to build credible, peer-level relationships with C-suite leaders both within AlphaSense and across partner organizations. A value-driven approach, comfort in sharing accountability for performance and success, and the ability to lead through influence by aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal around shared objectives are also key qualifications.
The base compensation range for this role is $225,000 to $250,000 USD. In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include a performance-based bonus, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits program designed to support employee well-being and professional growth.
