Head of Legal Ops & Transformation

Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Head of Legal Operations & Transformation to lead the evolution of its Executive Administration team. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and integrating AI-driven solutions within a globally distributed law firm renowned for its focus on complex corporate, litigation, executive compensation, and private wealth matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the Executive Administration function by introducing customer success methodologies, deploying AI tools to automate workflows, and redefining partner support standards. Key responsibilities include leading a team of Executive and Legal Assistants, implementing AI-driven operational innovations, and acting as a strategic bridge between Firm Management and the EA team.

Candidates should possess over 10 years of progressive operations experience, including direct leadership of distributed teams. Experience in redesigning operational functions, fluency in AI tools such as Claude or Copilot, and a background in legal, SaaS, or professional services are strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
