Head of Legal Ops & Transformation

Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Head of Legal Operations & Transformation to lead the evolution of its Executive Administration team. This role is pivotal in integrating AI-driven solutions and customer success methodologies to enhance partner support within the firm's globally distributed legal practice.

Key responsibilities include transforming and leading a team of Executive and Legal Assistants, introducing customer success frameworks to treat partners as internal clients, implementing AI tools to automate workflows, and acting as a strategic bridge between Firm Management and the EA team. The role also involves workforce planning and capacity strategy to support the firm's growth.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive operations experience with direct leadership of distributed teams, a proven track record in transforming operational functions, fluency in AI tools like Claude or Copilot, and experience in customer success or partner-facing service delivery. A background in legal, SaaS, or professional services is strongly preferred.
