Head of Legal Ops & Transformation

Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Head of Legal Operations & Transformation to lead the evolution of its Executive Administration team. This role is pivotal in integrating AI-driven solutions and customer success methodologies to enhance support for attorneys across the firm's globally distributed legal practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the Executive Administration function by introducing AI tools for scheduling, meeting preparation, communications management, and document handling. Additionally, they will implement customer success frameworks to treat partners as internal clients, establishing defined success metrics, feedback loops, and service standards.

Applicants should have over 10 years of progressive operations experience, including direct leadership of distributed teams. Experience in redesigning operational functions, daily use of AI tools like Claude or Copilot, and a background in legal, SaaS, or professional services are strongly preferred.
