Head of Legal Ops & Transformation

Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Head of Legal Operations & Transformation to lead the evolution of its Executive Administration team. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and integrating AI-driven solutions within a globally distributed law firm. The position reports directly to the Head of Firm Management and operates on a 100% remote basis, aligning with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the Executive Administration function by introducing customer success methodologies, implementing AI tools to automate workflows, and redefining support standards to enable partners to deliver elite client work at scale. Key responsibilities include leading a team of Executive and Legal Assistants, designing and owning the partner satisfaction framework, and acting as a bridge between Firm Management and the EA team to strategize workforce planning and capacity.

Applicants should have over 10 years of progressive operations experience with direct leadership of distributed teams, a proven track record in transforming operational functions, and fluency in AI tools such as Claude or Copilot. Experience in legal, SaaS, or professional services is strongly preferred, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
