Klaviyo is seeking a Head of Finance Technology Systems to lead the strategic vision and execution of its finance technology infrastructure. This role is integral to the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team, focusing on designing and enhancing applications and workflows that manage the company's financial operations. The position reports to the Senior Director of G&A Systems and collaborates closely with various departments, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, and Internal Audit.

The primary responsibilities include defining and maintaining a multi-year strategy for Klaviyo's finance technology stack, encompassing ERP, procure-to-pay, revenue and billing, treasury, and reconciliation tools. The role involves translating financial objectives into clear system investments, balancing foundational platform work with high-impact automation and analytics initiatives. Additionally, the position requires leading and developing a team of application owners, business systems analysts, administrators, and integration specialists, ensuring service reliability and measurable business outcomes.

Candidates should possess over 15 years of experience in enterprise or business systems, with significant ownership of finance technology in a tech or SaaS company. A minimum of 4 years in leadership roles managing teams responsible for ERP, procure-to-pay, revenue/billing, and financial close systems is essential. Deep practical experience with SOX IT General Controls and a proven track record working with internal and external auditors are required. Proficiency in ERP and finance application architectures, such as NetSuite/Oracle and Coupa, along with a reputation as a trusted partner to finance leadership, is highly valued.

The base salary for this position ranges from $184,000 to $276,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and work location. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity options, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and well-being benefits.
