Klaviyo, a leading B2C CRM company, is seeking a Head of Business Operations to oversee and enhance its operational architecture. This role is pivotal in aligning strategy, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring effective communication with the leadership team and Board. The position is based in Boston, MA, and reports directly to the CEO.

The Head of Business Operations will lead the annual and multi-year operating planning processes, aligning the leadership team on company priorities and connecting initiatives to the Annual Operating Plan. Responsibilities include managing the company-wide OKR process, defining and overseeing KPIs across functions, and driving automation of these metrics using AI tools. Additionally, the role involves designing and managing the management operating system, including meetings, cadences, and decision forums, to ensure operational efficiency.

Candidates should have over 12 years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, or Chief of Staff roles within high-growth technology companies, ideally spanning both hypergrowth and post-IPO phases. A proven track record in building and managing company-wide operating systems, such as OKRs and performance management, is essential. Experience leading through significant organizational changes, influencing senior leadership without relying on positional authority, and building high-performing teams is also required. Financial fluency and a background in management consulting or investment banking are advantageous.

The base salary for this position ranges from $224,000 to $336,000 USD annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, and work location. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity options, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
