AppLovin is seeking a Growth Partnerships Manager to drive the expansion of its advertiser base through strategic partnerships. This role involves managing a substantial annual budget to establish referral partnerships with B2B platforms, such as Shopify apps, analytics tools, and SaaS products, as well as executing podcast partnerships aimed at user acquisition. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and scaling new growth channels for the company.

Key responsibilities include identifying and developing a pipeline of high-value B2B partnership opportunities, negotiating and structuring deals with appropriate compensation models, and autonomously closing partnerships from initial outreach through contract execution. The role also entails managing an eight-figure partnership budget with full profit and loss accountability, optimizing portfolio performance by scaling successful partnerships, and implementing scalable processes to replicate successful partnership models. Additionally, the manager will track and report on partnership return on investment, iterating on strategies based on performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals and experience structuring complex agreements with various compensation models. A background in SaaS, ad tech, or e-commerce is strongly preferred. Essential skills include strong negotiation abilities, the capacity to build relationships with senior stakeholders, and comfort in pitching AppLovin's value proposition. The candidate should be data-driven, capable of managing large budgets with clear ROI expectations, and possess strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

AppLovin offers a competitive total compensation package, including equity eligibility, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), a 401(k) retirement plan, unlimited discretionary time off, 10 paid holidays per year, and 80 hours of paid sick leave annually. The company emphasizes a pay-for-performance rewards approach, with total compensation based on factors such as market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Joining AppLovin means becoming part of a team recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in the Bay Area and a Certified Great Place to Work for four consecutive years. The company values diversity and inclusion, seeking candidates who are outstanding individually and supportive of others. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact AppLovin's growth trajectory by building entirely new growth channels and contributing to the company's continued success.
