Analyst, Business Development, Consumer Apps

AppLovin is seeking an Analyst for Business Development within its Consumer Apps division, based in Berlin. This role involves developing and maintaining partnerships with mobile game and application developers, acting as a strategic consultant to drive sustainable revenue growth. The position requires onsite presence at the Berlin office.

Key responsibilities include building and negotiating high-impact relationships with app developers to support company growth. The analyst will guide partners on user acquisition strategies and campaign optimization, leveraging deep knowledge of AppLovin's platform and the mobile advertising landscape. Additionally, the role involves developing creative strategies for partners, staying abreast of industry trends, and adapting insights across the portfolio.

Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within mobile advertising, performance marketing, gaming, or related industries. Exceptional client management skills, a data-driven and detail-oriented approach, and strong analytical and negotiation abilities are essential. High-level written and oral communication skills in English are required, along with a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
