AppLovin is seeking a New Grad Analyst in Business Development to join their team in Berlin. This role focuses on cultivating partnerships with mobile app developers, leveraging data to guide strategies, and negotiating high-impact relationships to support company growth. The Business Development team serves as strategic consultants to partners, transforming new opportunities into enduring long-term relationships and sustainable revenue streams.
Key responsibilities include cultivating, negotiating, and expanding relationships with app developers to forge business partnerships. The analyst will utilize data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of AppLovin solutions aligned with client marketing objectives. Additionally, the role involves collaborating directly with app developers to improve their advertising campaign performance and monetization strategies, as well as serving as a liaison with internal technical and operations teams for any publisher-focused technical queries.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional client management skills, with proven success in business/client retention and business growth. A data-driven and detail-oriented approach, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills, is crucial. The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations is essential. Fluency in English and a BA/BS degree or equivalent are required.
