Analyst (New Grad), Business Development, Gaming - Russian Speaking

AppLovin is seeking a Russian-speaking Analyst to join its Business Development team in Berlin. This team plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with mobile game and application developers, contributing significantly to the company's growth in the gaming sector.

In this role, the Analyst will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with app developers, negotiating business partnerships, and supporting company expansion. The position involves utilizing data insights to align AppLovin's solutions with client marketing objectives, collaborating directly with developers to enhance advertising campaign performance and monetization strategies, and serving as a liaison with internal technical teams to address publisher-focused technical queries.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional client management skills, a data-driven and detail-oriented approach, and strong analytical and negotiation abilities. Fluency in both English and Russian is required, along with a BA/BS degree or equivalent. While prior experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing is advantageous, a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
