Analyst, Business Development, Gaming - Russian Speaking

AppLovin is seeking a Russian-speaking Analyst for its Business Development team in Berlin. This role focuses on cultivating and expanding partnerships with mobile game and application developers, aligning with AppLovin's mission to connect businesses with their ideal customers through advanced software and AI solutions.

The Analyst will be responsible for building and negotiating high-impact relationships with app developers, utilizing data insights to guide the implementation of AppLovin's solutions in line with client marketing objectives. Key duties include collaborating directly with developers to enhance advertising campaign performance, troubleshooting account issues, and serving as a liaison with internal technical and operations teams.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting sectors. Exceptional client management skills, a data-driven and detail-oriented approach, strong analytical and negotiation abilities, and fluency in both English and Russian are essential. A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
