Global VP, Sales Account Executives & Account Management
Cognism is seeking a Global Vice President of Sales Account Executives & Account Management to lead high-performing teams across the UK, France, DACH, and the US. This executive role is pivotal in driving new business, renewals, expansion, and retention efforts within the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Global VP will be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction and growth of Cognism.
The Global VP will oversee teams responsible for new business acquisition, expansion, and renewals, ensuring a consistent operating rhythm through pipeline reviews, renewal readiness assessments, and quarterly business reviews. This role involves end-to-end execution, partnering with SDR and Marketing leadership to drive pipeline creation, leading Account Executive teams to convert new opportunities, and guiding Account Management teams to renew and grow customer relationships. The VP will also translate company goals into clear priorities and actions that drive measurable results, leading from the front by engaging in key customer conversations and modeling best practices in discovery, value articulation, and negotiation.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years leading managers across new business and account management at a scale of $50M to $200M ARR. A proven track record in delivering plans across new ARR, renewals, and expansion is essential. The role requires deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline inspection, and renewal readiness, along with strong coaching skills and executive presence. Proficiency in Salesforce and a modern GTM stack, including tools like Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, OpenAI, Pigment, and Cognism, is expected. Experience in developing trusted relationships and driving high-value partnerships with leading global enterprises is also crucial.
