Global Mobility and Immigration Partner (Hybrid, NYC)

OpenTable is seeking a Global Mobility and Immigration Partner to join our People Operations team in New York City. This hybrid role requires in-office presence twice a week and focuses on enhancing the employee experience through efficient and scalable global mobility and immigration processes. As part of Booking Holdings, Inc., OpenTable connects millions of diners with over 60,000 restaurant partners worldwide.

In this role, you will lead and optimize global mobility and immigration programs, ensuring compliance and a consistent employee experience across all markets. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end processes for global mobility, business travel, and immigration cases, developing and improving global mobility policies, and collaborating with internal teams and external legal counsel to address challenges and provide innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in global mobility and immigration processes, with a strong focus on U.S. and European immigration laws. Essential qualifications include in-depth knowledge of immigration laws and visa categories, proven experience managing complex cases with tight deadlines, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
