Global Mobility and Immigration Partner (Hybrid, Norwalk)
OpenTable is seeking a Global Mobility and Immigration Partner to lead and optimize the company's global mobility and immigration processes. This role is part of the People Operations team, dedicated to enhancing the employee experience while ensuring efficiency and scalability. The position is based in Norwalk, CT, with a hybrid work arrangement.
The Global Mobility and Immigration Partner will serve as the subject matter expert, evolving OpenTable's global mobility and immigration programs to ensure compliance, scalability, and a consistent employee experience across all global markets. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end processes for global mobility, business travel, and immigration cases, developing and improving global mobility policies, and collaborating with internal teams and external legal counsel to address challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Candidates should have over five years of experience leading global mobility and immigration processes, with a strong focus on U.S. and European immigration laws and regulations. In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, work permits, and global mobility best practices is essential. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as experience with HR technology, specifically Workday and Zendesk.
OpenTable offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $120,000, along with benefits such as paid parental leave, generous paid vacation, and paid volunteer time.
