Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners, acting as their main point of contact. The role involves developing and executing strategies to boost partner engagement and sales performance, conducting research to identify trends and opportunities within the channel, and providing ongoing training and support to optimize partners' sales efforts. Additionally, the representative monitors and reports on partner performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with over two years of experience in sales and business development. A solid understanding of the telecom industry's go-to-market strategies for wholesale resellers and enterprises is essential. Proficiency in internal resources such as lead generation and marketing events to identify target accounts is required. Exceptional team-building skills, effective written and verbal communication abilities, and experience in solution selling within CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS, or SaaS services are also necessary.
