Fullstack Software Engineer III

Box is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer III to join our Warsaw, Poland office. As a leader in Intelligent Content Management, Box enables organizations to collaborate, manage content lifecycles, and transform workflows with enterprise AI. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our Relay and AI Studio teams, impacting millions of users daily.

In this position, you will implement server-side logic and database interactions using Java and related frameworks, create and maintain APIs for seamless frontend and backend communication, and collaborate closely with designers to ensure a user-friendly application experience. Responsibilities also include participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and optimizing application performance, maintaining development documentation, and engaging in team meetings and stand-ups.

The ideal candidate has over three years of professional software development experience in Java and React, with strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software design principles, and object-oriented programming. You should be adept at assessing project requirements, proposing innovative solutions, sharing best practices, and contributing to code reviews and team process improvements. Proficiency in English is required.
