Field Marketing and ABM Manager
The Field Marketing and ABM Manager at Bandwidth will collaborate closely with a designated sales team to develop and implement account-based marketing strategies aimed at building pipeline and engaging top target accounts throughout the buying journey. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales pipeline needs, identifying top target accounts, and creating comprehensive campaigns to advance pipeline development. The manager will execute strategic marketing plans that ensure consistent messaging and drive engagement with new prospects, utilizing a mix of tactics such as multi-touch, multi-channel nurture programs, content marketing, events, direct mail, and social media. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least four years of experience in a similar marketing role within a fast-growing B2B technology company, preferably in the software sector. A deep understanding of the marketing funnel, experience with multi-channel marketing programs, content marketing, and social media is essential. Proficiency with various marketing tools and software is required, with preferred experience in marketing automation platforms like Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
