Array is seeking a Go-To-Market Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events that drive pipeline, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and elevate the Array brand across the market. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of events across multiple markets and industries, from strategy and logistics through onsite execution and post-event follow-up. The Events Coordinator will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership to deliver polished, high-touch experiences that support business growth.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing a high volume of client, prospect, partner, and internal events, coordinating all aspects of event logistics from concept through post-event follow-up, and managing calendars, timelines, budgets, and project plans for multiple concurrent events. The Events Coordinator will support a mix of event formats, including executive dinners, roundtables, networking receptions, hosted experiences, webinars, partner activations, and large-scale industry conferences. Additionally, the role involves owning end-to-end logistics for industry conferences and trade shows, serving as the primary operational point of contact for conference organizers, venues, agencies, and external partners, and ensuring all deadlines, compliance requirements, exhibitor deliverables, and operational milestones are completed on time.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience coordinating high-volume corporate events, client events, executive experiences, and industry conferences. They should possess exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and strong written and verbal communication skills across executives, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Executive Leadership, and external vendors is essential. Proficiency with event management platforms, Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace is required. Willingness to travel regularly for onsite event execution and support is also necessary.
