The Client Success Manager (CSM) at Array is responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and core clients. This role focuses on driving client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth by aligning Array's solutions with each client's business objectives. The CSM operates as a trusted partner, ensuring clients realize measurable value from Array's products.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and deployment to ongoing optimization, renewal, and expansion. The CSM executes a structured engagement model that balances proactive outreach with scalable communication and support. Additionally, the role involves identifying and acting on growth opportunities, such as upselling and cross-selling within Array's product suite, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistent client outcomes.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in B2B client success or account management, managing a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. Experience owning a book of business in the range of approximately $3M–$8M ARR, preferably in a high-volume environment, is desired. Strong relationship management skills, operational discipline, and clear communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or credit-related products is preferred.

The position offers a base salary starting at $90,000, depending on experience.
