VP, Enterprise Client Success
The Vice President of Enterprise Client Success at Array leads and scales a team of Enterprise Client Success Managers responsible for the company's most strategic and high-value accounts. This role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of enterprise client relationships, focusing on retention, expansion, and measurable client impact. The VP serves as a senior partner to key customers while building the systems, talent, and cross-functional alignment required to drive durable growth across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities include leading, hiring, and developing a high-performing team of ECSMs, setting clear expectations around account ownership, client outcomes, and revenue growth. The VP defines and operationalizes the enterprise client success strategy, including segmentation, engagement models, and success metrics across a portfolio of large-scale accounts. Additionally, the role involves overseeing client health, retention, and expansion across $10M+ ARR relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of value and ROI. Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as an escalation point and strategic advisor for the most critical partnerships, is also essential.
The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C client success, account management, or related roles, with at least 5 years leading teams managing enterprise accounts. A proven track record of owning and growing large-scale client portfolios ($25M+ ARR), with responsibility for retention, expansion, and client outcomes, is required. Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage high-performing client success organizations in complex, cross-functional environments is essential. Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex client organizations is also necessary.
