Demand Generation Manager
Array is seeking a highly driven Demand Generation Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This role involves managing and executing multi-channel marketing programs to nurture leads throughout the buyer's journey. The Demand Generation Manager will work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and the BDR team to develop and implement strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include owning and executing quarterly demand generation plans aligned with sales vertical goals, deploying appropriate programmatic and account-specific tactics, partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations to prioritize target accounts, defining and tracking performance KPIs, leveraging marketing automation systems for campaign execution and reporting, improving landing page conversion rates, and planning multi-channel campaigns such as digital, ABM-lite, email, partnerships, and events/webinars.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in demand generation marketing, preferably in a B2B role, with deep familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo, Hubspot, and Salesforce. They should have a proven track record of driving inbound growth and top-of-funnel pipeline, strong written and verbal communication skills, a curiosity to understand and improve processes, a desire for continuous learning, experience with email marketing, lead generation, and account-based marketing, and excellent analytical abilities with a focus on ROI metrics.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting at $110,000, depending on experience.
