EU Onboarding Specialist (Pre-Sales & Implementation | Bilingual French)

Zenoti is seeking a bilingual Implementation Specialist fluent in French and English to support the successful adoption and optimization of our software platform by clients across Europe. As a product expert and trusted advisor, you will guide businesses through every step of the implementation process—from technical setup to training—ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.

In this role, you will understand client needs and design tailored solutions using Zenoti. You will lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and solution reviews with a strong business impact. Additionally, you will configure and optimize the platform according to each client’s specific workflows, anticipate risks to ensure smooth project rollouts, and provide high-level technical support to troubleshoot customer issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in enterprise software implementation and support, with strong technical knowledge in APIs, cloud solutions, and data migration. Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential. Proven experience deploying software at scale and working with enterprise clients, along with excellent communication, presentation, and client training skills, are also required. Bonus points for knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, JIRA, or experience in the wellness/spa industry.
