Equity Capital Markets Attorney - NY Based

Axiom is seeking an experienced Equity Capital Markets Attorney to join its Corporate and Securities team in New York. This role focuses on IPO execution, SEC reporting and compliance, and structuring equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advising on initial public offerings, registration statements, and ongoing obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as supporting corporate governance and shareholder rights matters.
