Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Financial Services
Box is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join its New York City office, focusing on clients within the Financial Services sector, including Retail Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth & Asset Management institutions. This role is integral to Box's mission of transforming content management and business workflows through enterprise AI solutions.
The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will be responsible for identifying and analyzing customer business challenges within the Financial Services vertical. Key duties include leading technical demonstrations of Box's suite of solutions, managing product integrations, and serving as the technical lead to drive deals forward. The role also involves collaborating with account teams to expand revenue opportunities and supporting field marketing events as a subject matter expert.
Candidates should possess a four-year degree or equivalent work experience, along with over five years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, particularly within Financial Services sectors such as Retail Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth & Asset Management. Proficiency in discussing AI concepts, including large language models and automation, with both technical and business audiences is essential. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively are also required.
The position offers a competitive salary range between $155,500 and $240,500 annually, depending on factors such as knowledge, skill level, experience, and work location.
