Zenoti is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves managing the full sales cycle for enterprise and key accounts, focusing on driving complex SaaS sales and building strong executive-level relationships. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and delivering tailored solutions to clients in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key responsibilities include owning the entire sales process from prospecting to contract execution, developing strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives, and engaging with C-level executives to identify opportunities for digital transformation. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to provide exceptional value, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and consistently achieving quota and pipeline generation goals.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 6 years in SaaS or technology platforms. A proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in enterprise or strategic account sales is essential. Experience selling into multi-location or multi-brand organizations, a strong understanding of SaaS economics and enterprise procurement cycles, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills are also required. Proficiency with modern sales tools and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are necessary; an MBA is preferred.
