Enterprise Account Executive
Box Japan is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and expanding our customer base within the Japanese market. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Box's Intelligent Content Management platform to enterprise clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer business challenges and effectively proposing Box's solutions to address their needs. You will engage closely with key stakeholders such as CIOs, IT executives, and line-of-business leaders to build and maintain strong relationships. Managing complex, long-term deals will be essential, ensuring timely and strategic decision-making while also securing short-term wins to drive progress. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in account sales within the IT industry, particularly with enterprise software products. A proven track record in both maintaining existing client relationships and proactively acquiring new customers is essential. Experience in engaging with executive-level clients, including CIOs and line-of-business executives, is highly valued. Familiarity with sales processes and purchasing cycles is important, along with a proactive, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving. Experience in SaaS product sales and business-level English proficiency are advantageous.
