Candidates should have a BA or BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of hands-on software development experience building and operating highly available, full-stack SaaS products. Additionally, 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading high-performing teams is required. Experience with modern AI tools and workflows, as well as setting technical direction and standards, is also essential.
Klaviyo offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of €92,000 to €138,000 EUR, participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
