Enablement Manager/Senior Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking an Enablement Manager/Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their growing Operations Team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is integral to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm's legal teams across multiple regions.

The Enablement Manager will oversee and develop litigation staff, ensuring their performance aligns with team objectives and business goals. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, enforcing operational goals, resolving challenges by coordinating with other departments, auditing case files, facilitating training, guiding staff in claim negotiations, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience, along with over two years of paralegal or litigation experience in the personal injury industry. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential, as is a working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
