Director, Sales Technology Systems
Klaviyo is seeking a Director of Sales Technology Systems to lead the transformation of its sales technology infrastructure. This role is part of the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team, which is responsible for the systems, data, and workflows that power Klaviyo’s go-to-market engine. The Director will report to the VP of GTM Systems and lead a growing team of managers, analysts, and engineers.
The Director will define and execute a multi-year strategy for Klaviyo’s sales technology ecosystem, aligning it with revenue growth and enterprise expansion. Key responsibilities include developing and evolving Klaviyo’s Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) capabilities to support complex enterprise deals, partnering with Finance Technology to enable seamless quote-to-cash processes, and designing systems that support international growth, including localization and compliance. Additionally, the Director will champion an AI-first approach to sales technology, identifying and delivering automation use cases that reduce manual work and increase selling time.
The ideal candidate will have 12–15+ years of experience in sales or go-to-market systems, business systems, or enterprise applications within a SaaS or technology company. They should have at least 5 years of experience leading teams, including managers, across Salesforce and related GTM systems. Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations is essential. Experience scaling systems through major company inflection points, such as moving upmarket, adding new products, or expanding globally, is highly desirable.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary range of $184,000 to $276,000 USD, along with participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, equity options, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
