Director, Product Design - TMS & Private Dining

OpenTable is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead the design efforts for our Table Management System (TMS) and Private Dining teams. This role involves managing a global team of talented product designers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences for restaurants and diners worldwide.

The Director will oversee design quality, foster innovation, and optimize processes within the UX team. Responsibilities include partnering with product development leaders, ensuring the professional growth of direct reports, and balancing the needs of users, teams, and the business.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in product design, a proven track record in growing design teams, deep expertise in native apps and web experiences, exceptional visual design skills, and extensive experience in B2B or ambiguous spaces. Strong systems-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

OpenTable offers a competitive salary range of $220,000 to $275,000 USD, along with benefits such as paid parental leave, generous paid vacation, paid volunteer time, and comprehensive health and dental insurance.
