Tubi is seeking a Marketing Director for Mexico to lead consumer marketing efforts, drive audience growth, and spearhead sales marketing strategies in one of its most strategic international markets. Reporting directly to the Global CMO, this role will shape and execute Tubi’s marketing strategy for Mexico, fostering brand awareness, sales engagement, and viewership among local audiences.

The Marketing Director will lead and localize Tubi’s marketing strategy for Mexico, ensuring alignment with global brand priorities while tailoring campaigns to regional audience insights. Responsibilities include overseeing 360° marketing campaigns—encompassing brand, digital, social, partnerships, and experiential activations—to grow awareness and engagement among Mexican audiences and advertisers. The role also involves leveraging culturally relevant sports, particularly women’s football, to drive acquisition and engagement through paid, owned, and content-led initiatives. Collaboration with content, growth, and product teams is essential to identify local marketing opportunities and deliver cohesive go-to-market plans. Additionally, the director will develop sales enablement, content marketing, and trade marketing strategies to support channel sales partners, and monitor KPIs to optimize marketing performance and maximize ROI across all channels.

Candidates should have a deep understanding of Mexican media, entertainment, and sports culture, with a proven track record of marketing to mass consumer audiences and working closely with sales organizations. Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across brand, digital, and experiential channels is essential. Expertise in audience insights, performance measurement, and media optimization is required, along with strong storytelling and creative development skills with an eye for cultural nuance. The ability to build and maintain relationships with agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders is crucial, as are exceptional communication and leadership skills to work cross-functionally in a global organization.

Applicants must have at least 7 years of marketing experience in consumer-facing industries, preferably in entertainment, media, sports, or technology. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Demonstrated success in launching or scaling consumer brands in Mexico is essential, as is bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Candidates should provide impressive references and a portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns.
