Tubi is seeking a Director, Associate General Counsel to join its expanding legal team. This role involves providing legal support to Tubi's Ad Sales and Growth business units, focusing on structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute directly to the company's growth and scaling efforts.

Key responsibilities include handling digital advertising and advertising technology agreements such as insertion orders, custom campaign terms, advertising sales agreements, programmatic partnership agreements, measurement vendor agreements, and data use agreements. The role also involves providing strategic guidance to internal clients, establishing best practices and templates for digital advertising matters, developing process efficiencies, assisting with overflow work, conducting training sessions, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of legal experience, combining time at an established law firm and in-house roles within the entertainment, media, advertising, or technology sectors. Essential skills include expertise in negotiating and drafting technology and commercial agreements, familiarity with digital advertising terms (e.g., IAB 3.0), strong drafting abilities, excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school is required.

Compensation for this role ranges from $212,000 to $295,000 annually, depending on education, skills, experience, and location. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
